Aproach hai kya????

Tell me what do you want to be?? doctor, engineer, teacher, actor, journalist??? Approach hai kya??????? yes you guessed it right. its not difficult to have qualification or talent in particular field but to get a good job and reasonable salary, you need to have a godfather or someone who is at influential position in that company. Most of us face this problem. We struggle to get a start but many less educated and less talented people are sitting in higher position just because there chacha or mama is influencial. What to do in this position simply accept this fact or have a word with your boss. Well both situations are hard to handle.Same problem arises in entering a field of your choice. In today's so called professional world one need to have years of experience to enter a good company and that too in good setup but how the hell one will get that experience if no big company is interested in taking interns for job. Solutions are in attitude of people. Companies need to check their policy and people need to check their attitude and let talent come first not their relatives or friends.
